If you are creating a splash page it has a certain function whether to gather emails or to sell one product for a launch.
With this in mind the functions need to be small, one clicks, so cluttering the landing page with a slider with images isnt probably a good idea.
Go for big spaces of blank, key pictures, statement text. link to your website and make the text full of keywords for organic SEO…
